Let us worry about your technology while you focus on your mission. Our service level plans are all inclusive and unlimited for only one - flat fee per month.

Level I: Monitor IT

Customer will receive 24 x 7 monitoring of critical and noncritical events, drive space monitoring, and overall performance, giving you the peace of mind that your most critical asset is under watchful eyes.

Level II: Maintain IT PLUS Monitor IT

Customer will receive comprehensive preventative maintenance services for their computer network, including desktop optimization, cleanup, and security updates. Ensure maximum uptime and better response time while mitigating any potential technology issues. Additionally, customer will receive Monitor IT services!

Level III: Support IT PLUS Monitor IT & Maintain IT

Customer will receive unlimited remote support for PCs, Servers and their computer network. Regardless of the time it takes to resolve an issue, all will be covered for one pre-determined monthly fee. Additionally, customer will receive Monitor IT and Maintain IT services!

Level IV: Integrated IT PLUS Monitor IT & Maintain IT & Support IT

Customer will receive part-time or full-time technology staff(s) at their office (s). An in-house technology officer will provide the leadership needed to successfully manage and support your technology. It’s like a new employee, without the worry of training, managing, and other costly expenses associated with in-house technical staff.
